Random fact 1:
OH YYYEEAAAHHH!! EPL (ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE) WILL BE BACK THIS WEEKEND!!!!! WOOHHOO!! k im brewing with excitement already.. the fact that chelsea is a completely new team and such, I would love to see them against Man Utd, who is still the same team as it is from last season.. and to watch Man Utd win the charity shield was of course, an exciting time for me! =) i can't wait i can't wait! haha..
right now the tv is showing the olympic's women soccer tournament, in which brazil is thrashing nigeria.. poor nigerians.. but the brazil women's team is really good! like seriously! and gosh do they look fit.. which brings me to...
Random fact 2:
i think im getting super unfit.. i mean im not gaining weight but seriously, what has happened to my stamina and muscles? i feel kind of flabby right now.. not good.. I haven't really seen myself this flabby before.. haha.. i think i should at least do a little exercise right? but gosh.. 20 years have been so active in doing exercises.. now im just becoming a pig.. maybe its the deprivation of being slack and free of any sport's pressure of being fit.. haha.. i think i need to do sit ups.. make my tummy flatter..
but then tried that before.. got tired of it and completely pushed it aside after a few days.. yes days ok.. fine.. i should be more discipline in doing it..
Random fact 3:
i love the new show 'Don't Forget the Lyrics'!! its so funnn!! the first episode was super funny and exhilarating! the woman sang like she owned the stage ok.. like a sif she's nelly furtado or something.. she dance and sing with full of confidence and fun ok.. it was a joy even though she wasn't so vocally strong.. and my brother was making a joke about how he's thinking of joining the local version of the show.. and of course i gave him a puzzled look.. i mean im not sure he knows the lyrics to some oldies! i mean seriously! old classics.. i doubt he even knows the lyrics! haahah.. im not being mean ok.. just realistic.. i would want him to get money (God knows I really want him to), but not when it involves embarrassing himself on live tv! hahah..
Not Random fact:
finally im starting again on my
mengaji. For those non-Muslim readers,
mengaji means a class where im taught how to read the
Quran. and Im excited! Im kind of rusty, i feel, in rereading the Quran again and I want to sharpen my reading techniques..
you know, after attending ameera's birthday
maulid (a Muslim's celebration to thank God and pray that He bless us and all), I want to be a better Muslim.. it's not easy.. i know i have make a lot of mistakes in the past.. i have learnt to forgive and forget.. and i have asked for forgiveness, in which i do sincerely hope those who were hurt by my actions, would forgive me.. Life in this world is short.. you'll never know when time stops ticking for you.. and I want to make use of all my time right now, to slowly make myself a better Muslim..
and like i said, SLOWLY.. yes maybe some of you might think, eh if you have decided to change and be good, just do it.. why need to do it slowly.. i guess i just need time to slowly evolve and constantly remind myself of doing the right thing.. its not easy cause nobody's perfect right.. i just need time to do one big thing at a time u noe.. like now ive started again my
mengaji, hopefully next is able to commit more individual time i have after praying to practise my readings..
like what I always say to my students, I seek for improvement.. and this i apply to myself right now.. improve, improve, improve..
* and im so enjoying the long break.. fridae (half day), saturday, sunday, monday (school hols), tuesday (elearning) and wednesday (no class).. woohhooo!! hahaha*
